Once again in Maharashtra, the issue of UP, Bihar and provinces heats up, BJP leader files complaint against CM Uddhav Thackeray at police station

मुंबई साकीनाका रेप के बाद महिलाओं की सुरक्षा पर हरकत में उद्धव ठाकरे, अधिकारियों के साथ मीटिंग में सीएम ने दिए अहम निर्देश

Atul Bhatkhalkar further said, “The Chief Minister said that such incidents are happening because of the provinces. So who is Dhananjay Munde? Are you a member of your cabinet? What happened to Sanjay Rathod? It’s been six months, still no investigation ? We increased the pressure so you had to take his resignation.”

Uddhav Thackeray

In Maharashtra, once again the atmosphere has started building against the people of UP, Bihar and the provincial people. In fact, after the Mumbai Sakinaka Rape, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray held an important meeting on Monday (September 13) with the officials related to the state’s Home Department and other major departments regarding the safety of women. In this meeting, he directed that all those who come from outside the state, a record of their movement should be kept, it should be monitored. That is, in a way, he gave the same instructions which MNS chief Raj Thackeray has been demanding. BJP MLA Atul Bhatkhalkar (BJP) has raised objection to this direction of the Chief Minister and has lodged a complaint under Section 153-A of the Indian Criminal Penal Code (IPC) at Kandivali East Police Station in Mumbai.

BJP leader Atul Bhatkhalkar has alleged that by doing this the Chief Minister has tried to create tension between the two sections of the society. The Chief Minister has tried to give a message in such a way that rape in Mumbai is increasing only because of people coming from other states. In support of his MLA, BJP state president Chandrakant Patil said that only provincial people do rape? Do people living in Maharashtra never commit such a crime? Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council Pravin Darekar said that there is no harm in keeping records, but the way it is not right to target the provinces on this pretext.

‘It is a coincidence that the accused is Mohan Chauhan, if he was Mohan Chavan, what would the CM do?’

Atul Bhatkhalkar while talking to Tv9 Bharatvarsh Digital said, “After the Mumbai Sakinaka rape case, CM Uddhav Thackeray has given instructions that from now on where do the provincials come from, where they go, whom they meet, what they do, Monitoring is required. I think this is an attempt to accuse the provinces to hide the flaws of law and order. This will increase tension between the two sections of the society. Many people will feel that rapes are increasing because of the provinces. It was a coincidence that the accused’s surname is Chauhan, what would the CM do if the accused was a Chavan? The provincial people have become scared. That is why I have lodged a complaint against him in the police station under Section 153-A of the Indian Criminal Penal Code.”

What will the CM argue on Dhananjay Munde, Sanjay Rathod?

Atul Bhatkhalkar further said, “The Chief Minister said that such incidents are happening because of the provinces. So who is Dhananjay Munde? Are you a member of your cabinet? What happened to Sanjay Rathod? It’s been six months, still no investigation? We increased the pressure so you had to take his resignation. I have the names of more than half a dozen office bearers of Shiv Sena, against whom there are allegations of rape. Cases are going on, in Mumbai, outside Mumbai. The Chief Minister has no answer to this. Law and order collapsed in the state, if CM cannot handle it, then he is talking here and there.
