Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi has questioned the death of 22 people in a private hospital in Agra, allegedly due to “oxygen shutdown”. At the same time, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also said that action should be taken against all those responsible for this. The owner of a private hospital has been found speaking in the video that due to lack of oxygen, he got an experiment to stop the oxygen supply for 5 minutes in the hospital as a trial, to find out that he can survive without oxygen. Or not.
Priyanka Gandhi wrote on the tweet, “Prime Minister – ‘I did not let there be a shortage of oxygen’, Chief Minister: ‘There is no shortage of oxygen. The property of those spreading rumors of shortage will be confiscated.’, Minister: ‘Give oxygen to the patients as needed. Don’t give too much oxygen. Agra Hospital: ‘Oxygen was out. Mockdrilled by turning off the oxygen of 22 patients. Who’s responsible?”
The Congress General Secretary has also shared the video going viral on Twitter. In this the owner of the hospital is saying, “There was a shortage of oxygen. There was no oxygen even in Modinagar. Some people were asked to discharge their patients, but no one was ready. So we decided to do an experiment. You can see by doing a mock drill, it will be known who will be able to survive or not. We switched off the oxygen supply for 5 minutes on 26th April at 7 am. 22 patients died instantly, they were sobbed. Then we started the supply. After this 74 patients survived. His family members were told to bring their own oxygen cylinders.

While demanding action, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi also tweeted, “There is a severe shortage of both oxygen and humanity in the BJP regime. There should be immediate action against all those responsible for this dangerous crime. My condolences to the families of the deceased in this hour of grief.”
After the video of the owner of the hospital went viral, the District Magistrate of Agra said that 22 serious patients were admitted in the hospital but their death is not known. The video about his death going viral will be investigated.
