Arrested for child theft
In fact, four years ago, the police of Hathori police station of the district arrested him in the case of child theft and sent him to jail. Since then he is in jail. Till date no one has gone to get the news. Because the family did not have any information about him, they started living life considering him as dead. Advocate Homa Parveen told that she was asked by DLSA (District Legal Services Authority) to represent Noor Mohammad’s case three months ago. After this he scrutinized the documents related to the case. The biggest problem in this was that the name of the kingdom of Noor Mohammad was not written. After this she went to meet him in jail, but, neither she could understand his language nor was understanding his language as Noor. Yet what he was saying. She was writing it in the diary. During this he also started crying.
Family got information with the help of lawyer
The lawyer told that he gathered information through many other mediums, he could not understand which language he was speaking. Some have spoken of speaking the language of Tripura, while some have spoken of speaking the language of Assam and West Bengal. While some said that he is a terrorist, but, he continued the search. After this the lawyer started scouring the internet. In the meantime, his correct address was found. After this he contacted the administration there. Then spoke to Borwa SHO. From there he got the correct address of his house and the mobile number of the family.
The family jumped with joy as soon as they got the information of the deceased father.
The advocate spoke to Noor’s family members and apprised them of the whole incident. Jaleel Khan had tears in his eyes on hearing that his father was alive, after which he came to Muzaffarpur with his children and family. Met with lawyer. After this he went to jail and met his father. Noor’s son told that five years ago his father had strayed from home. He was not mentally sound. They may have wandered and reached Muzaffarpur. From here the police arrested him and sent him to jail.
