The condition of the roads in Madhya Pradesh is not hidden from anyone. There are many roads here where there are so many potholes that people cannot even walk with the vehicle. From the capital Bhopal to the village countryside, the condition of the roads is bad. The situation is such that the National Highway passing through the state is also full of potholes. Actually there was a car accident on a National Highway (NH) here.
In which the victim’s lawyer directly complained to the Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari. After which the minister got the road repaired within two hours and action was taken against the responsible company.
Gadkari gave instructions for action on the company
Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has directed the Director of NHAI to take action against the company doing the road construction work on the complaint of the victim in the road accident on National Highway 47, as well as Oriental Structure, the company building the road on the complaint of the victim. A case has been registered against Engineering at the police post of Pandharna police station.
The accident happened on October 2
Advocate Rajendra Upadhyay, who lives in Amla, Betul, was returning home from Nagpur after getting his mother treated. At the same time, his car overturned due to bad road near Hivra village. Both he himself and his mother were injured in the accident. The complaint was lodged by the victim at the Bad Chicholi police post.
FIR registered against construction company
Due to the deteriorating condition of the NH-47 road, the Oriental Structure Engineering Company is doing its repair work. He had dug potholes in the road but did not put any warning board on the way to warn the drivers. Due to this, two more cars including the victim advocate had an accident on the same day at the same place. In this regard, the victim lodged a complaint with the police station making the company doing the road work an accused. The police have registered a case against the officials of the company under sections 337 and 427.
