This time it rained heavily in other taluks of the district including Malegaon, Manmad. Till recently, it was raining untimely in many places. But no action was taken by the administration to stop and collect water in Maharashtra, which has been hit by drought many times. People of villages like Ratir, Surane, Ramtir of Satana taluka have requested the administration to provide water through tankers. But the matter has not yet reached the ears of the sluggish administration.

In areas like Baglan, Satana of Nashik district, women are facing a lot of trouble for water. Here, when women wake up in the morning, they have only one concern. How do they get water for the house? One has to walk four-five kilometers to fetch water. In Metghar village, women have to go down a 50 feet deep well for water. In the meantime, if the balance is disturbed even a little, then his life can be lost. But if you think of saving life, then from where will you be able to collect the necessary water for life?

When will the plans be completed, then the village will be empty?

Let us inform that clearance has been received for 21 schemes including Devna Talab of Yeola taluka of the district. A fund of Rs 28 crore 15 lakh has also been approved by the administration for all these schemes. 41 villages including Rajapur affected by drought have been included in the schemes related to regional water supply. But then the plans of one hundred baat ki baat have been approved, but when will they be completed? When will they be implemented? This is a great question.
