Shirdi’s Sai Temple and Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple can be visited only through online booking. But the facility of visiting the temple of Lord Vitthal of Pandharpur online and directly has been given. In Sai temple where 15 thousand devotees are allowed to have darshan per day, in Pandharpur 10 thousand devotees are allowed per day.

After getting the permission of the state government, the Sai Baba temple of Shirdi located in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra is opening from 7 October (Thursday). Every day 15,000 devotees will be able to have darshan of Sai Baba. Passes for Darshan will be given online. Persons above 65 years of age i.e. senior citizens, children below ten years and pregnant women will not be allowed to enter the temple. For Darshan, either it is necessary to complete the corona vaccination or else the negative report of RT-PCR test will be seen.

The Shirdi Institute administration had prepared a manual regarding philosophy. Under this, it was decided that 10 thousand passes would be booked online and 5 thousand offline passes would be distributed. But after this the facility of offline pass was removed in the meeting held with District Magistrate Rajendra Bhosale. That is, now the provision of darshan has been kept only through the online method. Also, it has been decided to keep the Prasadalaya closed for the time being.

Senior citizens, children and pregnant women have also been requested to avoid darshan at the famous Siddhi Vinayak Temple in Mumbai. Apart from this, it has been said necessary to follow the information and rules issued from time to time by the state government and local administration for darshan. Every Thursday at 12 noon, a QR code will be issued by the trust for darshan. Every hour 250 devotees will be able to book for darshan. Only online booking will be done for admission. Temple entry will not be allowed without online booking. The QR code received through online will not be given to anyone else i.e. it will be non transferable. QR CODE copy will not be accepted by WhatsApp, by photo copy or by screen shot.

10 thousand people will be able to see Lord Vitthal every day in Pandharpur

Similarly, the temple of Lord Vitthal and Rukmini Mata located in Pandharpur is also opening from 7 October (Thursday). In Shirdi’s Sai Baba temple, where 15 thousand devotees have been allowed for darshan per day, 10 thousand devotees have been allowed per day in Pandharpur. In Sai Mandir and Siddhi Vinayak Temple, where only online booking has been arranged for darshan, there is also a system to visit Vitthal Mandir online and directly. In Pandharpur also it will be necessary to follow all the rules related to Corona. Here too senior citizens, children and pregnant women have been urged to avoid darshan. The temperature of the devotees coming here will be checked.

The temple will be open from 6 am to 10 pm. For darshan from October 7,, time and date information will be shared on this link. While coming for darshan, it is forbidden to bring necklace, flowers, coconut, prasad etc. If someone’s health deteriorates after coming to the temple, then medical facilities have also been made available here. Devotees have been urged to come to the temple according to the given time and not increase the crowd.
