At the same time, on Friday, NCP leader Nawab Malik has apologized to the Bombay Hoi Court for commenting on NCB’s zonal director Sameer Wankhede.
After being reprimanded by the High Court, Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik has tendered an unconditional apology for his remarks made on NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede. Nawab Malik and his family also agreed before the Bombay High Court that he will no longer make any direct or indirect statements against Sameer Wankhede.

The Bombay High Court was of the view that Nawab Malik deliberately went against his own statement and made remarks against NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede and his family. In this case, Sameer’s father Gyandev Wankhede had approached the court. In the defamation case by Gyandev Wankhede, NCP leader Nawab Malik had convinced the court not to make statements against Sameer’s family. Even after this he commented. For this he has now apologized to the Bombay High Court.

Nawab Malik said that he apologizes unconditionally to the High Court for going against his own statement. He said he had no intention of disrespecting or violating the court’s order.
