Corruption, extortion and greed have kept the power, government, leaders and police connected like a syndicate. The biggest example of which is being seen in Maharashtra. Today, Home Minister Anil Deshmukh (Anil Deshmukh) had to resign after the CBI ordered an inquiry into the charge of Rs 100 crores. In such an environment, today we need to remember the talk of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation, in which he said that ‘this earth can fulfill the needs of every one. There is no greed for any one. But this greed blinded the politicians of Maharashtra. In the greed of the same Mahasuli, the Home Minister of Maharashtra clung to the chair for two weeks and had to leave today. Now CBI will investigate the case. But fear that this action will not stop here too. This link of corruption is necessary to break down.
A secret letter with a 100-crore mahabasuli, which spread sensation across the country on 20 March 2021. Then Anil Deshmukh, the Home Minister of Maharashtra, put him in the dock. He was not the one to write the letter but Parambir Singh, then the Police Commissioner of Mumbai. Whose corruption of the department opened, Parambir Singh wrote such a letter that in 15 days, the seat of Anil Deshmukh was shaken. The Home Minister of Maharashtra had to resign. In the letter of Parambir Singh, in which Deshmukh’s name came up, sensation spread. In this case, the Bombay High Court has ordered a CBI inquiry. The order by which political earthquake has come. We will tell you every big and fine thing about that order, but first of all, know how the political stir in Maharashtra increased as soon as the Bombay High Court order came.
Deshmukh had several meetings before his resignation
Deshmukh sent his resignation to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. But before resigning, Deshmukh also met Uddhav Thackeray, NCP Chief Sharad Pawar and Deputy CM Ajit Pawar. Finally, he announced his resignation. Deshmukh has written in his resignation that ‘Today a CBI inquiry has been ordered on behalf of the Hon’ble High Court on the petition of Advocate Jayashree Patil. Therefore, I resign from the post of Home Minister on moral grounds. However, just three hours before his resignation, the Bombay court gave a big blow to Deshmukh. The court issued an order for a CBI inquiry in the recovery case of 100 crores. After which Deshmukh, who was trying to remain in the post for two weeks, had to resign. The Division Bench of High Court Chief Justice Dipankar Dutta and Justice Girish Kulkarni said that the case against Deshmukh is extraordinary. The allegations are not trivial and are on the state home minister, so the police cannot investigate it impartially. Therefore, the CBI should conduct a preliminary inquiry into the allegations of corruption against Deshmukh in 15 days.
The court stated the need for an independent inquiry into the entire case as it was alleged that Deshmukh had targeted the metropolitan police to recover Rs 100 crore every month from dance bars and pubs. And an impartial inquiry was not possible while he was in office. But Uddav’s silence in this case is still a big issue for BJP. However, the High Court has already reprimanded Parambir Singh in this case. The court had asked that why did you come to the High Court without registering an FIR? And also whether Deshmukh was present at the time when he was talking to other police officers about recovery, or is he telling only the things he heard? Then the court had said that Parambir Singh should first file an FIR with the police and if the police are reluctant to do so, then go to the Magistrate Court. However, now the High Court has directed the CBI to conduct a preliminary inquiry against Deshmukh. Deshmukh has also left the throne of the Home Minister under political pressure and helplessness.
TV 9 India went to the bottom of the case
The Home Minister of Maharashtra has resigned. TV 9 Bharatvarsh went to the bottom of the matter. In the case of 100 crores TV9 Bharatvarsha had done the sting. Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh had to resign. Because the High Court has ordered an inquiry into the whole matter. But behind this is the fearless journalism of TV9 Bharatvarsha. Who in his operation made milk of milk and water of water. In order to get to the bottom of the 100 crore recovery case, NewsNCR did a big investigation in Mumbai. Did a big sting operation and opened the whole black letter of the ongoing recovery syndicate in Mayanagari.
TV Bharatvarsha exposes the entire racket being managed from top to bottom, but the story of this racket started. In the Antilia Scorpio case, in which Mansukh Hiren, the owner of the used Scorpio, died suspiciously. Finally, the mastermind of the whole case turned out to be Mumbai Police’s API Sachin Waje. The biggest twist in this game came when the commissioner put the Home Minister in the dock as soon as he went to the chair. Then Parambir Singh, who was the commissioner, alleged that the home minister of the state has set his target of recovery from the police. 100 crores every month. If the policemen add their earnings to this, then the figure goes up even more. After this charge, the politics of Maharashtra stood on its head. Now CBI will investigate the case. But the country knows that the CBI is rarely able to bring out the truth. At the threshold of the court, his investigation falls on his face. But this is a matter of a nexus between the government and khaki, in which the truth has to be revealed. Cleanliness of the system is more important than that.
