Marriage Muhurat starts from 16th January
The increasing cases of Corona (Madhya Pradesh Corona Cases) have once again eclipsed the happiness of the people. In the coming days, there are many Muhurtas for marriage, but in view of the increasing case of Corona, people are hesitant to book Garden, Caterers, Band, Mare etc. for weddings. People say that if the infection increases, the administration should not impose restrictions again. That’s why neither people are booking marriage gardens nor people are getting cards printed. Everyone is waiting for the guidelines of the government, so that the picture can be clear. Please note that there is no limit on the number of guests at the wedding. Night curfew is applicable only from 11 pm to 5 am.
About 500 cases have been received in the state in 3 days. Indore and Bhopal remain big hot-spots. Positives are also being found in small towns. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has also expressed concern over the increasing cases. They have indicated not to impose restrictions yet, but if the infection increases further, then marriage, political, social, religious events can be banned.

Talking about April last year, marriages could not take place due to Corona curfew at that time. The government had kept the marriage gardens closed for several days. When marriage gardens, halls or dharamshalas opened after much demand, the number of guests was 50. Later it was raised to 100. On 6 October, the Home Department, while issuing a new guideline, increased the number of guests at the wedding to 300. On November 17, the government lifted all restrictions.
