MLA Rajesh Prajapati and his supporters sitting on dharna.
In Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, BJP MLA Rajesh Prajapati sat on a dharna against the collector on Wednesday. He opened a front against the official of his own government. He also accused the officer of neglecting the Dalit leader. He said that perhaps because of being a Dalit, he is not being heard. However, late in the evening the MLA had spoken to the collector.
In fact, Chandla MLA Rajesh Prajapati came to meet Collector Sheelendra Singh at around five in the evening, but at that time there was a meeting of officials with the CM, so he was told that the collector would meet him after the meeting. But the MLA alleges that the collector left for his bungalow without meeting him.
Did not pick up even after calling many times
After this the MLA went to the bungalow of Sheelendra Singh where the guard told him that the Collector was not at the bungalow. The MLA said that at the same time Chhatarpur RTO was coming out of the bungalow who told that Collector Sheelendra Singh is inside. Due to this, MLA Rajesh Prajapati called him several times but he did not pick up the phone. Got angry and sat on a dharna outside the bungalow. The MLA said that if the collector is not picking up my phone, then after whom would he be doing it. He said that such collector should be removed and punished.
They say that these officers are defaming the government. MLA Rajesh Prajapati said that I want to meet him regarding some issues of my assembly, but he is ignoring me. He is meeting others, but not me, why is a Dalit MLA not being heard. However, late in the evening the MLA had spoken to the DM.
