We have decided that some ration shops will be run by women of Self Help Groups. Women will also do the work of purchasing food grains at some procurement centers.
CN Shivraj Singh Chouhan said in Shivpuri that the women of self-help groups will also deposit the electricity bill of the village and 10 percent of the total recovery will be deposited in their account. Nutritional food plants will be run through Self Help Groups.
Invitation to PM Modi for the inauguration of Habibganj Railway Station
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 15 to inaugurate the redeveloped Habibganj railway station in Bhopal, the state capital. An official of the state’s public relations department said that PM Modi is expected to attend the function and dedicate this world-class facility to the nation.
The official said that during a recent meeting in New Delhi, Chief Minister Chouhan has invited Prime Minister Modi to inaugurate this railway station. Habibganj, located in Bhopal, is the first railway station in the country, which has been redeveloped by private company Bansal Group’s ‘Bansal Pathway’ through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode. About 35 to 40 thousand passengers will be traveling at this station daily.
second meeting in a week
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday and discussed various issues related to the development of the state. This is Chouhan’s second meeting with the Prime Minister within a week. The meeting of the two leaders lasted for about an hour.
After meeting the Prime Minister, Chouhan said that he discussed the policy decisions taken by the state government and issues related to development. Chouhan said that he apprised him about the current situation of COVID-19 in the state and said that the epidemic is currently under control and vaccination campaign is going on at a fast pace.
