According to the information, on the orders of the Chairman of the Judicial Commission, Tikunia Lekhpal Sonu Maurya also took measurements on the spot and during this there Deputy District Magistrate Nighasan Shraddha Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police Nighasan Subodh Kumar Jaiswal, Tikunia Kotwali Inspector Balendu Gautam along with the police of the nearby police stations. And PAC force was present.

The government had formed a judicial commission

After the violence in Lakhimpur Kheri, the Supreme Court had asked the state government to form a judicial commission and the state government had constituted the commission for this and the court has appointed Pradeep Kumar Srivastava as its chairman.

Violence took place in Lakhimpur on October 3

Violence broke out in Lakhimpur Kheri district of Uttar Pradesh on October 3 and eight people were killed in it. In which there were four farmers and two BJP workers, a journalist and a driver. After which the matter had taken a political color and the Supreme Court had also asked the state government to investigate the matter. However, the Supreme Court was not happy with the investigation of the SIT set up by the state government. After which the Supreme Court has constituted a judicial commission on Wednesday.

Hearing on bail of Rinku, Dharmendra and Mohit will be held today

At the same time, the bail application of the accused Ullu Trivedi alias Mohit Trivedi, Rinku Rana and Dharmendra Kumar in the Lakhimpur violence case will be heard in the district judge’s court on Thursday. On October 3, the three Scorpio-riding accused had gone to see the riot in the native village of the Union Minister of State, Banveerpur.
