Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said, ‘Strongly condemn the killing of 3 civilians by terrorists in Srinagar and Bandipora. Terrorists will never succeed in their nefarious designs.
Three terrorist attacks were carried out in Jammu and Kashmir within three hours on Tuesday, in which three civilians were killed. Regarding the matter, the Jammu and Kashmir Police has told that in the evening there were 3 terrorist incidents in Srinagar and Bandipora, in which terrorists shot dead three civilians. The police have registered a case on this. The areas concerned have been cordoned off and searches are on in these areas.
Kashmir Zone Police has said that terrorists opened fire on Makhan Lal, owner of Bindru Medicate near Iqbal Park in Srinagar. He was taken to the hospital, where he died. The area has been cordoned off. A search operation is being conducted to nab the terrorists.
Lt Governor Manoj Sinha strongly condemned the killing of civilians
The terrorists opened fire near Madin Sahib in Hawal on the outskirts of Srinagar city. He killed the street hawker. This is the second terrorist attack on civilians in Srinagar. Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said, ‘Strongly condemn the killing of 3 civilians by terrorists in Srinagar and Bandipora. Terrorists will never succeed in their nefarious designs and those responsible for such heinous acts will be brought to justice.

Earlier on October 2, a civilian was allegedly shot dead by terrorists in Srinagar. The police officer had said that at around 5.50 pm on Saturday evening, terrorists shot at Chhatabal resident Majeed Ahmed in Karan Nagar. The injured Ahmed was taken to the nearby SMHS hospital where he died during treatment. The area was cordoned off and a search operation was launched to nab the attackers.
