On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the children of madrassas were given yoga at Madrasa Darul Uloom located in Sadar area of Unnao district. While doing yoga, Maulana Nisar Misbahi described yoga as a boon for all mankind. 8th International Yoga Day (International Yoga DayYoga program is being organized in the districts of Uttar Pradesh on the occasion. At the same time, in Unnao, BJP District President Awadhesh Katiyar and BJP MLA Pankaj Gupta participated in the Yoga Day program. Yoga day program was organized in the lawn of a guest house in Unnao Sadar area. In this program organized on Yoga Day, BJP MLA Pankaj Gupta and BJP District President Awadhesh Katiyar did yoga with BJP workers and common people.
Jail administration also did anulom-vilom
The officers of the district did yoga together in a ground of the bypass. Yoga was also done at Unnao Railway Station and District Jail. This time the administrative officers of the district did yoga at Pandit Deendayal Stadium located on the bypass of Lucknow-Kanpur National Highway. At 6 o’clock in the morning, DM Ravindra Kumar, SP Dinesh Tripathi, CDO Divyanshu Patel, ADM Narendra Singh, City Magistrate Winner, CO City Ashutosh Kumar, Naib Tehsildar Manjula Mishra and other top officers of the district arrived. Where the Yogacharya started yoga at an already prepared site.

On the other hand, at Unnao railway station, GRP SHO Avinash Kumar and RPF in-charge Kamlesh Kumar, along with their respective staff, performed yoga on platform number one of the railway station on Yoga Day. Avinash Kumar told that by doing yoga, all the benefits related to weight loss, a strong and flexible body, beautiful glowing skin, peaceful mind can be availed.
