Indian Railways News Special Trains List: The services of Indian Railways are being increased continuously after the corona lockdown. 67 percent of trains are being operated in the country. After the Mail and Express trains, now Intercity and Passenger train services have also started. Railway passengers are also getting the benefit of unreserved train services. Recently 71 unprotected trains have been started in various railway zones, in which reservation will not be required for the journey.
The latest good news is that special trains are being started from UP-Bihar to Mumbai and Pune in Maharashtra. Trains will run between Mumbai to Gorakhpur, between Pune to Danapur, between Mumbai to Patna and from Mumbai to Darbhanga. CPRO of East Central Railway Rajesh Kumar said that trains are being run in view of the increasing demand in these routes. People from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra will benefit from these trains.
1. Mumbai-Gorakhpur special train
01053 Special Lokmanya Tilak Terminal will open from Mumbai on April 13 and 20 at 16:40 and will reach Gorakhpur at 02.00 midnight on the third day. In return, 01054 special will open from Gorakhpur on April 15 and April 22 at 16.05 and the next day Lokmanya Tilak Terminal will reach Mumbai at 23.45.
There will also be a halt at these stations: Kalyan, Nashik Road, Bhusawal, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chivki Varanasi, Mau, Belthara Road, Bhatni, Deoria Sadar
This train will have 1 AC-2 tier, 4 AC-3 tier, 8 sleepers, 7 second seating bogies.
2. Pune-Danapur Special
01401 Superfast special will open from Pune on April 9, 11, 16 and 18 at 16.15 pm and reach Danapur at 23.45 am the next day. In return, 01402 special will open from Danapur on April 11, 13, 18 and 20 at 4 am and reach Pune at 12.05 am the next day.
There will also be a halt at these stations: Ahmednagar, Belapur, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj Chhiwki, Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar, Ara.
The train will have one AC-2 tier, 4 AC-3 tier, 11 sleepers and 6 second seating bogies.
3. Mumbai-Patna Special
01091 Superfast Special Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal will open from Mumbai on 12, 15 and 19 April at 11.05 am and reach Patna at 14.30 the next day. In return, 01092 special train will open from Patna on 13, 16 and 20 April from Patna at 16.20 and will reach Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal Mumbai at 23.30 the next day.
There will also be a halt at these stations: Dadar, Kalyan, Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj Chivki, Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar, Ara

4. Mumbai-Gorakhpur Special
01093 Special Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal will open from Mumbai on April 7, 12, 14 and 19 at 23.30 and reach Gorakhpur at 11.40 am on the third day. In return, 01094 Superfast Special will open from Gorakhpur on 9, 14, 16 and 21 at 17.25 hrs and reach Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal Mumbai at 00.05 hrs on the third day.
There will also be a halt at these stations: Dadar, Kalyan, Nashik Road, Manmad, Jalgaon, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Jhansi, Kanpur, Lucknow, Gonda, Basti.
The train will have one AC-2 tier, 4 AC 3-tier, 8 sleepers and 7 second seating bogies.
5. Mumbai-Darbhanga Superfast Special
01097 Superfast Special Lokmanya Tilak Terminal will open from Mumbai on April 12 and 19 at 08.05 am and reach Darbhanga at 16.10 am the next day. In return, 01098 Superfast Special will open from Darbhanga on April 13 and 20 at 19.20 and on the third day, Lokmanya Tilak Terminal will reach Mumbai.
There will also be a stay at these stations: Kalyan, Igatpuri (01097 only), Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj Chivki, Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar, Ara, Pataliputra, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur.
This train will have 2 AC 3-tier, 8 sleepers and 8 second seating bogies.

Waiting tickets will not be valued. Only passengers with confirmed tickets are allowed to travel in these special trains. Passengers are advised to follow all the norms related to COVID-19, SOP during boarding, journey and journey at destination.
Booking for reserved special train 01093 will be done from April 7 and for 01053, 01401, 01091 and 01097 from April 8. Apart from all computerized reservation centers, you will be able to make reservations on the website www.irctc.co.in and on the mobile app.
