Japan, which followed the path of peace after World War II, has left the path of Lord Buddha and has decided to respond to China’s aggression in its own language. China troubles Japan in the same way as it troubles India, so Japan has decided to build up its army once again, ending its peace policy. At the same time, this is happening for the first time, when the Indian and Japanese Air Force will conduct exercises together.
Indo-Japanese military exercise
India and Japan will hold bilateral air drills for the first time from January 12 to 26, marking growing defense ties amid rising concerns over China’s military might in the Indo-Pacific region. Indian Air Force (IAF) and Japan Air Self Defense Force (JASDF) are going to conduct high-risk air defense military exercise named ‘Veer Guardian-2023’ and this exercise will be conducted at Hyakuri air base of Japan. The Indian Air Force has said that four Su-30 MKI jets, two C-17 aircraft and one IL-78 aircraft will be involved in this exercise. At the same time, four F-2 and four F-15 aircraft will participate from the Japanese Air Force. At the same time, the Indian Air Force said in a statement that, ‘India and Japan are ready to conduct joint air exercise ‘Veer Guardian-2023’ to promote air defense cooperation between the countries.
India and Japan against China
In September last year, India and Japan during the second ‘2+2 Foreign and Defense Ministerial’ dialogue in Tokyo agreed to enhance bilateral defense cooperation and engage in more military exercises, including the first joint fighter jet exercise. At the same time, the IAF said that the upcoming exercise will be another step towards deepening the strategic ties and strengthening defense cooperation between the two countries. The Indian Air Force said that, ‘The inaugural exercise will include various air combat exercises between the two air forces. They will undertake multi-domain air combat missions in a complex environment and exchange best practices. On behalf of the Indian Air Force, it has been said that this ‘Exercise ‘Veer Guardian’ will further strengthen the long-standing mutual bond of friendship and increase the way of defense cooperation between the two air forces.’
Japan will build an army
After the Second World War, Japan, which included peace in its constitution, has now announced the creation of the army. Japan has said that it will start military construction by spending an unimaginable amount of $320 billion and Japan has made it clear that its focus is going to be China. Japan has said that it will spend money on such weapons, which will enable it to attack China, and it will manufacture such missiles, which will keep it ready for conflict at any time. Japan’s post-World War II constitution does not officially recognize the military and limits it to nominal self-defense capabilities. But, in the new five-year plan released by the Government of Japan, the National Security Policy has been amended. The government has said that it will now also store military spare parts and ammunition.
