Eknath Shinde camp, a rebel faction of Shiv Sena, has sent a letter signed by 34 MLAs to the Deputy Speaker of Maharashtra, in which they have talked about electing Eknath Shinde as their leader.
Shiv Sena’s rebel faction Eknath Shinde (Eknath Shinde) The camp has sent a letter signed by 34 MLAs to the Deputy Speaker of Maharashtra, in which they have asked to elect Eknath Shinde as their leader. It has the signatures of thirty Shiv Sena MLAs and four independents. These 4 independents include Bacchu Kadu, Rajkumar Patel, Rajendra Yadavkari, Narendra Bhondekar. It was written in the letter that we are the following members of 14 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly belonging to Shiv Sena. We have been notified as members of Shiv Sena Legislature Party as members of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. We unanimously elected Eknath Sambhaji Shinde as the Group Leader of Shiv Sena Legislature Party on 31 October 2019. There was a pre-poll alliance between BJP and Shiv Sena party for 14 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly 2019. There is a lot of discontent among the members of our party. The cadre of Shiv Sena and our party is at large due to corruption in the government and administration regarding police posting.
Corruption by then Home Minister Anil Deshmukh (who is in jail) and current Minorities Minister Nawab Malik (who is in jail for his involvement with underworld don Dawood Ibrahim). In addition to the above argument, our party cadre faced tremendous harassment and distress on political and personal grounds from the opposition ideological parties, who are now part of the government and to undermine the base and foundation of our Shiv Sena cadre in their office and were using power.
