Nominal picture
Amid the second wave of Corona, people of many cities including Delhi are getting worried to take patients from home to hospital. They have to spend 10 to 20 times more money for an ambulance. The sensation of the ambulance is not awake not only for the patients but also in the event of death.
People are troubled by the arbitrariness of ambulance drivers. People are often sharing their problems on social media. Government ambulance services are limited and at times emergency numbers are not even called. Even if a call is made, the ambulance is not empty and in such a situation, the private ambulance is the only option left.
If you call a private ambulance, they ask for arbitrary money. Taking advantage of the compulsion of the people, the ambulance drivers are not ready to negotiate and ask for a lot of money. It may have happened to someone you know as well! In view of the same arbitrariness of ambulance drivers, the government has taken measures in Delhi and Bihar.
