Raja Bhoj Airport of Bhopal city has once again surpassed all the airports in the country on the basis of its outstanding services. In the Customer Satisfaction Survey – CSS between January and June 2025, this airport has received a rating of 5.00 out of 5.
This comprehensive survey conducted by the Airport Authority of India (AAI) included 62 major airports across the country. Raja Bhoj Airport not only left behind all of them, but has secured first place for the third consecutive time after 2023 and 2024. This time the airport has got a full 5.00 score with a gain of 0.16 points, which shows the growing trust of the passengers.
Why is Raja Bhoj Airport special?
Raja Bhoj Airport has not received this ranking on the basis of just one facility. Rather, during the survey, the passengers were taken feedback on more than 30 parameters, which mainly included the process of safety check, cleanliness of the terminal and washroom, the spontaneity of check-in and boarding, the professional and friendly behavior of the staff, the quality of food and variety, fast and free and free Wi-Fi facility, adequate seating arrangement, digital displays and desplays.

Raja Bhoj Airport has won the hearts of passengers not only with its beauty, but also with the facilities available at the ground level. A total of 1,36,675 passengers traveled from Raja Bhoj Airport (Bhopal Airport) in June 2025. This number is about 4,000 less than in May 2025, as 1,40,621 passengers traveled in May. However, the number of passengers has been seen in June this year as compared to June 2024 last year. The figure was 1,33,922 in June 2024, while in June 2025 this year 1,36,675 passengers traveled, showing an increase of *2,753 passengers.
