Because there was a time when after harvesting sugarcane, they used to wait for months to get a fair price for sugarcane. But today the situation has changed. For this he tried himself. Adopt new methods and today people from America and Australia are doing their jaggery.

Actually waiting for the reasonable price used to bother Govindbhai a lot. To solve this, instead of selling sugarcane, he decided to sell jaggery. After deciding to make jaggery, he approached the Agricultural University. Although his father had taught him the method of making jaggery, he wanted to do it as a business, so he approached the Agricultural University thinking of learning to make jaggery in a professional way.
Govindbhai has been making organic jaggery for 10 years
He got guidance from the university, after which he came to know that the farmer himself is the owner of the vegetables and fruits grown by him. Along with this, it should also be known that if done in the right care, then good profits can be earned from agriculture. After this, taking special care of its quality, he started making jaggery with his own brand name. Govind Bhai started making jaggery with a small beginning. Today around 350 people are working in his jaggery making plant. For the last 10 years, he is also making organic jaggery.
Always obey the teachings given by the father
Talking to The Better India, Govindbhai said that a customer carrying 10 kg of jaggery, comes to us next year to get 100 kg of jaggery. For me this is my success and profit. Recalling the lessons given by his father, he says that his father often used to say that instead of any other business in the world, if you work hard in agriculture, you will be able to earn good profits with peace of mind. . At the same time, he used to say that to increase your income in farming, one should always keep learning something, whether new technology and or the creation of new products.
Owner of 100 acres of land
Govindbhai found in his fields that his sugarcane production increased by eight to 10 tonnes due to organic farming. With this the problem of production has now ended. From this organic sugarcane, they make organic jaggery. From one ton of sugarcane, he produces about 120 kg of jaggery. In this way, 11 thousand kg of jaggery is produced every day at the plant in his farm. He has about 100 acres of farmland with him, in which he is using organic methods in 22 acres of space. But in view of the demand for organic products, he is trying to make more and more of his farms chemical-free in the coming days.
