Agricultural scientists of the institute have said that keeping in mind the possibility of increasing heat and temperature in the coming days, farmers will be able to raise vegetables, vegetable nurseries, zayed crops and fruit crops.FruitsLight irrigation should be done in the gardens at regular intervals. Use of barriers is recommended to protect nurseries and plants from heatstroke. Before keeping the grain in storage, clean the storage house thoroughly and dry the grain thoroughly. Destroy the garbage by burning or suppressing it. Spray one part Malathion 50 EC mixed with 100 parts water on the ceiling, walls and floor of the store house.
Agricultural scientists have said that if old sacks have to be used for storage, then soak them in a solution of one part malathion and 100 parts water for 10 minutes and dry them in the shade. It is advisable to harvest the ready wheat crop in this season. Farmers should keep the harvested crops tied, otherwise the crop can move from one field to another due to strong wind or storm. After threshing, dry the grains thoroughly before storing.
Sow moong in a field with sufficient moisture
For sowing of moong crop, farmers should sow improved seeds. Sowing of Moong-Pusa Vishal, Pusa Ratna, Pusa- 5931, Pusa Baisakhi, PDM-11, SML-32, SML-668 and Samrat has been advised. Before sowing the seeds must be treated with crop specific Rhizobium and Phosphorus solubilizing bacteria. It is necessary to have sufficient moisture in the field at the time of sowing.

French Bean (Pusa Parvati, Contender), Vegetable Cowpea (Pusa Komal, Pusa Sucomal), Chaulai (Pusa Kiran, Pusa Lal Chaulai), Bhindi (A-4, Parbani Kranti, Arka Anamika etc.), Gourd (Pusa Naveen, Pusa Sandesh) The present temperature is favorable for direct sowing of Cucumber (Pusa Uday), Turai (Pusa Sneh) etc. and summer season Radish (Pusa Chetki). Because, this temperature is suitable for the germination of seeds. Sow improved quality seeds from a certified source. It is necessary to have sufficient moisture in the field at the time of sowing.
How to protect against pests
Keep constant monitoring of mite pest in lady’s finger crop. If more pests are found, spray Ethyan @ 1.5-2 ml/Lit of water. In this season, keep monitoring the attack of thrips in timely sown onion crop. To protect the crop of brinjal and tomato from shoot and fruit borer, collect and destroy the affected fruits and shoots. If the number of pests is high, then spray Spinosad insecticide 48 EC @ 1 ml/4 liter of water.
Agricultural scientists said that if the Rabi crop has been harvested, then for green manure in it, it should be planted in the field. Dhaincha, Sunai or Cowpea can be sown for green manure. But it is necessary to have sufficient moisture in the field at the time of sowing.
