Electricity of district hospital missing for several hours in Sitapur, treatment was done in mobile light; Patients suffering from heat leave the ward and sit under the tree

In Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, a strong storm and rain have caused tremendous destruction late on Sunday night. Strong winds have caused heavy damage to electric poles and wires. Due to which the electricity of the city’s district hospital has gone out. Amidst the power crisis, the district hospital administration resorted to generators, but this service proved to be like cumin in the mouth of a camel for the patients. Due to which patients were treated in the district hospital in the light of mobile and torch. Due to power outage and severe heat in the hospital, the patient had to leave his wards and go outside under the open sky and under trees.

Let us tell you that there is a power failure in the district hospital located in Sitapur Nagar since last night at 12 o’clock. Due to which the system of the district hospital has been derailed. Due to strong thunderstorm and stormy rain, the power lines going to the district hospital have collapsed and the electricity has gone missing due to breaking of wires. Nearly 14 hours have passed but the district hospital’s electricity is still missing and the district hospital’s electricity system is not back on track. Due to which the patients admitted to the district hospital are suffering in the scorching heat and the patients are forced to come out of their wards and sit in the open air. The situation of the district hospital is that the treatment of patients is also being done by the district hospital administration in mobile and torch light.

Power system is expected to be repaired soon

The employees of the Electricity Department have been busy in repairing the line since the power outage of the district hospital of Sitapur, but so far the lines have not been corrected. While the work of the employees of the Electricity Department is going on continuously. The patients admitted in the district hospital say. There has been a power outage for several hours. And the whole hospital is dark and the patients are helpless. Patients and attendants are walking the patients out of the hospital. In this case, the CMS of the district hospital says that the electricity is bad since late night and in lieu of this, generators are being used, the power system is expected to be repaired soon.

CMS says that when the generator gets hot, it has to be shut down for a few hours in between. Due to which patients and relatives are facing some problems. There have been talks with the officials of the electricity department, power supply is being restored soon.
