In fact, the workers of the unorganized sector are continuously getting the registration done on the e-shram portal. According to the information received by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, so far 20 crore workers have got registered on the e-shram portal.
According to the latest data, the number of workers joining the e-shram portal has crossed 200 million. In this, among the five states with more registration, Uttar Pradesh is at number one, West Bengal at number two, Bihar at number three, Odisha at number four and Jharkhand at number five. At the same time, women have the highest claim among those who register. In fact, 52.81 percent women and 47.19 percent men have registered.

Union Labor and Employment Minister Bhupendra Yadav has also informed about crossing the 20 crore registration mark on the e-shram portal through a tweet. He wrote that, not only the organized workers but the unorganized workers are getting success in getting their strong identity. According to the released data, the number of people registered at the Common Service Center is the highest, followed by self-registration and finally the State Service Center.

Keep these things in mind during self registration
If you are a worker working in the unorganized sector, and have not yet registered on the e-shram portal, then the facility of self-registration is also available for you. Under which you can also register yourself on the portal. But for that you will need four things, so keep these things with you before registering.

1. Aadhaar Number : For registration on the e-shram portal, whether you get it done by visiting the Common Service Center or self-registration, you will need the Aadhaar number. Actually, your photo will be updated on e-shram card, it will be done directly through Aadhar card. That is, the photo which is on Aadhaar will come automatically on the card.
2. Mobile Number : Keep in mind that, during registration, enter your mobile number on the portal only. With this, the benefit of any scheme will reach you directly and its information will be given on your number. At the same time, the OTP that you will have to fill in the portal will also come on your phone.
3. Age : 16-59 Years : Only people of this age can register on the e-shram portal, so do not register in it below the age of 16 years and more than 60 years.
4. Bank Account Details: If in future any kind of money is sent to you by the government, then it will come in your bank. So give your bank account details only.
