Coronavirus has wreaked havoc all over the country including the national capital Delhi. There is a ruckus in the hospitals for beds and oxygen. Meanwhile, relatives of the corona-infected patient made a ruckus at Apollo Hospital in Sarita Vihar, Delhi on Tuesday. It is being told that he attacked doctors, nurses and other employees in the hospital with sticks.
According to the information, the 62-year-old woman was brought to the hospital in the early hours of Tuesday. She kept waiting in the emergency area to meet the ICU beds but could not find any beds because not a single ICU bed was said to be empty in the hospital. Meanwhile, the woman died. After his death, the family was infuriated by anger and he created a ruckus in the hospital premises.
Delhi Police said, no complaint received
Delhi police say family members of a 62-year-old female patient created a ruckus outside Delhi’s Apollo Hospital as she was allegedly not treated at the hospital, following which she died. Delhi Police has not received any written complaint in this regard. Delhi South-East DCP Rajendra Prasad said that the whole situation is under control. We have not received any complaints of sabotage in the hospital. We have a meeting with the Apollo hospital management and doctors.

Woman died at around eight in the morning
The Apollo Hospital issued a statement saying that a woman was brought into a ‘critical condition’ in the emergency early Tuesday. In view of his condition, appropriate medical consultation was given by the team. Due to shortage of ICU beds, the family was advised to get them transferred to other facilities where beds are available. Unfortunately the patient died around 8 am. Family members vandalized the hospital and tried to damage property. Simultaneously tried to attack doctors and staff.
