IITF-2021 (IITF 2021) i.e. trade fair will also be opened for the common people from today at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. In this fair to be held after two years, this time there will be no ticket counter at Pragati Maidan or Supreme Court metro station. Following the COVID protocol, only a maximum of 25000 spectators could enter the fair daily, so the sale of tickets has been limited. This time the trade fair has been organized in three times more area than before. However, in view of this, there is congestion and traffic jam in Pragati Maidan and its adjoining areas.Delhi Traffic Alert) is likely to remain. In view of this, the Delhi Traffic Police has advised people to avoid certain routes and use the marked routes in different directions.
According to the Delhi Traffic Police, there will be a large number of pedestrian movement due to the fair. There will be more pressure of vehicles on the roads around the fair site. People are advised to avoid Bhairon Marg and Mathura Road. IITF is being organized during 14-27 November. During this, visitors have been suggested to prepare for going to the fair by buying advance tickets from the nearest metro stations only. Tickets are also available at 65 metro stations of Delhi, except the Supreme Court metro station.
Avoid Bhairon Marg and Mathura Tod:
– moving from south to north
- Mathura Road, Lala Lajpat Rai Road, Dr. Zakir Hussain Marg, C Hexagon, Tilak Marg, W Point, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg.
– North to East Delhi
- Delhi Gate, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, (Ring Road) ITO Bridge, or Sarai Kale Khan on Ring Road, Yamuna Bridge Akshardham
– New Delhi to East Delhi
- C Hexagon, Copernicus Marg, Sikander Road, W Point, A Point, IP Marg, ITO

People of Delhi Traffic Police are advised to use public vehicles, bus, metro etc. to reach the fair venue. For traffic related information, you can contact the helpline 1095, 011-25844444 or you can get information from other social media accounts including Twitter of Traffic Police. Please tell that the fair will run till November 27. Last admission will be till 5:30 pm. The entry time for general visitors will be between 9 am to 5.30 pm.

Parking has been made at the National Stadium, Indraprastha DTC depot near the fair venue. From where shuttle service will be available which will take the people coming to see the fair to the fair site.
Access will be facilitated through these gates
This year, the general public will be allowed to enter the Mela from Gate No. 4, 5A and 5B (on Bhairon Road) and Gate No. 10 (Supreme Court Metro Station/Pragati Maidan Metro Station). There is no parking inside Pragati Maidan. There is paid parking facility on Bhairon Road while for the convenience of visitors and exhibitors, there will also be bus facility from National Stadium Parking to Gate 4 Pragati Maidan-IP Depot-ITO-Mandi House-Gate 10 to Supreme Court Metro Station.
Precautions to be followed
– Visitors using face covers or masks will be allowed entry.
It has been requested to have Arogya Setu mobile app for all the visitors and delegates.
Visitors or delegates will not be allowed to enter the fair if the body temperature is above normal.
Visitors have been asked to maintain a distance of two yards among themselves.
If a person develops fever, body ache, sore throat or becomes ill, he/she will have to report to the help desk so that timely facilities can be provided.
