Rain in Delhi-NCR for the second consecutive day
Rain continues in Delhi-NCR for the second consecutive day. The weather took a sudden turn on Sunday. Heavy to very heavy rains started in Delhi-NCR from Sunday morning in northern India. Which continues continuously even after 24 hours have passed. This change in weather has come due to western disturbances. Similar torrential rains will continue in North India including Delhi-NCR for the next 2 days.
Due to rain and cold wind, the temperature has dropped significantly. Along with getting relief from the heat, the cold has also knocked. Heavy torrential rains continued throughout the night in Delhi-NCR. Due to continuous rain for more than 24 hours, the problem of water logging has also arisen in many areas of Delhi-NCR. Due to this there was also traffic jam at many places.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that moderate intensity and thundershowers will continue over Delhi, Gurugram, Gohana, Ganaur, Hodal, Aurangabad, Palwal, Faridabad, Ballabgarh, Panipat, Sohana and adjoining areas.

Simultaneously, Manesar, Bhiwani, Charkidadri, Mattanhail, Nuh, Rewari, Narnaul, Karnal, Rohtak, Kosli, Mahendragarh (Haryana), Bulandshahr, Gulothi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Shamli, Atroli, Deoband, Najibabad, Muzaffarnagar, Kandhla , Bijnor, Khatauli, Sakoti Tanda, Hastinapur, Chandpur, Baraut, Daurala, Meerut, Modinagar, Hapur, Kithor, Garhmukteshwar, Pilakhua, Secunderabad, Jattari, Khurja, Moradabad, Tundla, Mathura, Aligarh, Hathras, Agra (UP), Alwar There is a possibility of rain in , Rajgarh, Laxmangarh Nadbai, Bharatpur as well.
The Meteorological Department said that the minimum temperature in Delhi on Sunday was recorded at 23.5 degrees Celsius, four notches above normal. The city received three mm of rain in the last 24 hours and the humidity level was recorded at 90 per cent.
