On receiving information, the police of South district raided this illegally running casino and arrested 16 people.

During this, police officials said that the arrested person has been identified as Manish Bindal and Ankur Bindal, who are father-son. While the third accused is Vivek Jain, who is the son of ACP of Delhi Police. Along with this, a Chartered Accountant (CA) named Akash Sharda has also been arrested during the police raid. In this way, a total of 16 people have been arrested by the police in this case.
The arrested accused claimed that the police used to take money in a month
Let us inform that during this time the police have recovered 1000 playing chips, 33 bricks and about 1 lakh 95 thousand rupees in cash from this illegal casino. At the same time, according to the police officer, the accused have also disclosed that they used to pay 1.5 lakh rupees a month to the local police to run the casino. However, police officers say that those police officers who were taking money to run the casino will also be included in the interrogation and strictest action will be taken against all of them.
Police busted illegal casinos running in the hotel, 14 arrested
It is worth noting that earlier in the month of March, Delhi Police had arrested 14 people, including 5 women, while busting illegal casinos running in a hotel in Mahipalpur. At the same time, the DCP (South-West) had told that the accused were gambling with chips and coins on the tables in the hotel room. According to the DCP, the police had also recovered Rs 1.1 lakh in cash.
