Corona Deaths in Delhi in the country’s capital Delhi (Corona Deaths in Delhi) is not taking the name of stopping. On Sunday, 350 patients died of corona in Delhi in the last 24 hours. Also, in the last 24 hours, there have been 22,933 new cases of corona in Delhi. At the same time, according to the data of Delhi MCD till April 25 at 6 pm, the dead bodies of a total of 666 people were cremated or buried in the capital on Sunday.
At the same time, Kejriwal and the central government are face to face on the oxygen plant. On the one hand, the Delhi government is working closely with the Center to fill the gap of oxygen quota allocated from the Center for Delhi, while the Central Government is completely to hide the failure of setting up the PSA Oxygen Plant in Delhi. Is making a misrepresentation The Delhi government has retaliated on the statement of the Center. The Delhi government says that the central government had decided to set up 162 PSA plants across India. And in October 2020, tenders were issued for this.
7 plants to be set up in Delhi
These plants were to be set up by the Union Ministry of Health through the PM Care Fund and not even a single rupee was given to the state governments. Also, all these plants were to be installed by December 2020 and handed over to the state governments. However, the central government awarded the contract for 140 of these plants to a single vendor, who ran away. Due to which 10 out of these 162 plants in India have not been commissioned till date. 7 out of 8 plants in Delhi were to be set up in Delhi government hospitals and one in the central government hospital Safdarjung.
Center explained the reason for the delay in the site certificate
Plots were distributed to 5 hospitals in early March 2019 after several follow-ups with the central government. It usually takes 3-4 days to install these plots. However, once again, the vendor was found to be irresponsible and after multiple follow-ups with the Center, only one of the 5 plants has been commissioned till date. As far as the remaining 2 places of the hospital are concerned, the sites have not been found even on these plots. The Central Government is now telling the reason for the delay in the plots that the site certificate is not available from the Delhi Government. It is being told that it has never been brought to the notice of Delhi Government. At the same time, the PSA plant has not been commissioned in the Safdarjung Hospital of the Center, which is raising the questions of the Central Government.
