According to the information received from the police, panic spread due to the firing of criminals in Ward 21 under Kapali OP of Seraikela district last night. After the firing, the sound of explosion was also heard. The blast took place in the house of a young man named Mohammad Siyazuddin. When people reached the spot, the roof of the house was broken and a bullet hole was lying below. Police is probing the entire matter.
Robbery by making family bondage in Giridih
There has been a horrific robbery in Giridih at the house of Uttam Kumar Bhadani, a furniture businessman. The victim’s family told that at around 01 pm, 08 criminals entered his house from the Congress office. The criminals beat and abused fiercely. Later all the members of the house locked in one room. After this looted many items including cash, jewellery. At 3.30 am, all the criminals ran away. On the way, the criminals fled with the owner’s vehicle.
Criminals took away cash and jewelery
The members of the victim’s family told that the criminals also assaulted them. In the course of searching for cash and jewellery, Uttam, the head of the house, was attacked with a sabbal (a sharp iron tool). Seeing the attack on the father, his son came in front and got injured. When the criminals left at 3:30 in the morning, after half an hour, the family members raised an alarm. Hearing the noise, the neighbors somehow reached and all the people who were locked in the room were pulled out. After this people informed the police.
Criminals threatened to kill
The whole family is scared after the incident. The members of the house tell the whole story that the criminals climbed onto the terrace by putting a ladder at the back of the house and then entered his mother’s room. After this he beat up his mother and took her hostage. After this, the criminals came to his room, beat him up and robbed the goods on the basis of revolver and fled. Uttam’s wife Deepa Gupta told that the criminals had tied everyone up with saris and other clothes. Uttam’s mother Devaki Devi and son Priyanshu told that the criminals were threatening to kill all the time. After getting information about the incident, the police has started investigation.
