The central government is preparing to introduce 1 crore vaccine doses (1 Crore Vaccine Dost Daily) every day from August. About 100 crore vaccine doses have been ordered this month, so that it can be supplied from August. Right now the speed of vaccination is 3 million doses per day. According to the report of News 18, the new target of the government is to hit 1 crore vaccine doses daily. In this, the new policy made regarding vaccination will prove to be helpful. Pointing in this regard, NITI Aayog member VK Paul said on Tuesday that a big jump in vaccination supply is expected from August.
UP is already administering 4.5 lakh vaccine doses every day, with a target of administering vaccine doses to one million people every day from July. The government’s target of putting one crore vaccine doses every day in August may increase further in the coming months. The order of 100 crore doses will help the country in fulfilling further orders.

Paul said that the government has ordered 44 crore vaccines to Bharat Biotech and Serum Institute. This vaccine will be supplied between August and December. He further said that Biotech-E will start supplying orders of 30 crore advance vaccines to the government from September. With this, the mathematics of the vaccine reaches 74 crores. Paul also said that pre-orders of the vaccine will be given to companies to cater to the vaccination of the age group of 18-44 years. The quota of private hospitals is 25 percent. In such a situation, an order of 22 crore vaccine doses is expected to be placed for this group. With this, the orders placed to three companies will reach about 100 crores. 536 million vaccine doses from SII, Bharat Biotech and Sputnik would have been available by the end of July, most of which would be administered to the public. Accordingly, about 4 companies will have more than 180 crore vaccine doses by this year (January to December). This figure is enough to give vaccine to all 18 pluses in the country. Domestic production of Sputin V is to begin in August. Along with the import of Pfizer doses, others including Bharat Biotech’s Nasal Vaccine and Zydal Cadila’s Vaccine Dose will increase this number to 220. According to an official, by the year 2022, with the new vaccine policy, we will be in such a position that the entire 18 plus population can be vaccinated twice.
