With this, the total number of cases in the state has reached 3,21,598 and so far a total of 3,00,765 patients have been discharged from the hospital. At present, 16,252 cases are active in the state and 4,581 have died so far.
Recently, the Gujarat government had extended the night curfew in four major cities by 15 days, that is, 15 April. Night curfew is in force from 9 am to 6 am. Among the four cities that have curfew are Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara and Rajkot Shamli. At the same time, the Gujarat government had ordered to keep the guidelines of the Center on testing, tracing, treatment and other measures till April 30.
Corona figures in the country

The country had the lowest number of 1,35,926 undertrial cases on February 12, which was 1.25 percent of the total cases at that time. 1,17,32,279 people in the country have been infection free so far. However, the national rate of recovery of patients has come down and it is now 92.48 percent. At the same time, the death rate from Kovid-19 is 1.30 percent.
Vaccine statistics given in the country
In the last 24 hours more than 43 lakh people in the country were given the anti-Kovid-19 vaccine, which is the highest in terms of doses given in a day. According to the health ministry’s data till Tuesday, a total of 8,31,10,926 doses of vaccines have been given so far. In the last 24 hours, a total of 43,00,966 doses of the vaccine were given, of which 39,00,505 beneficiaries were given the first dose of vaccine and 4,00,461 beneficiaries were given the second dose of the vaccine. Of the total vaccines administered so far, 60 percent of the doses have been given in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala. Out of the total 8,31,10,926 vaccines in the country, maximum 81,27,248 doses have been given in Maharashtra. After this, there have been 76,89,507 vaccines in Gujarat, 72,99,305 in Rajasthan, 71,98,372 in Uttar Pradesh and 65,41,370 vaccines in West Bengal.
