Remind that eight of the top 10 most corona affected districts of the country are from Maharashtra. The most active corona positive among these are in Pune, Mumbai and Nagpur.

The concern of the growing crisis of Corona Virus in Maharashtra is clearly visible in the state government. Keeping this in mind, night curfew has been imposed in the state from 8 pm on Monday night and Section 144 has been imposed in the day. In addition, the complete lockdown has also been announced in the weekend. Earlier in the Janata Samvad, the Chief Minister had mentioned the decrease in health facilities as well as the decrease in doctors, nurses and health workers. At the same time, the Chief Minister had reiterated the demand for more vaccines from the Center.
Meanwhile, on Monday, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, appealing to give Corona Vaccine to people up to 25 years old. Along with this, one and a half crore doses have been demanded, through which a plan has been made to give vaccines to people above 45 years of age in 6 districts. The CM has made this appeal keeping in mind the increasing corona infection among a large number of youth.
Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur broke Corona’s record on Monday as well
Remind that eight of the top 10 most corona affected districts of the country are from Maharashtra. The most active corona positive among these are in Pune, Mumbai and Nagpur. The number of active corona patients in Pune is currently 78,094. On Monday too, 4077 new cases were reported in Pune and 46 people died. While in Mumbai on Monday, the corona infection reached about 10 thousand. 9857 new positive cases were reported and 21 people died. The record of the highest number of dead in Nagpur was also maintained on Monday. Even on Monday, only 57 people died if we talk about Nagpur. While 3519 new cases came out.
You have to find the right reason for this, what is the reason that the corona cases are coming up in Nagpur less than Mumbai and Pune but the death toll is much higher from these two cities. Are medical facilities in Nagpur falling short compared to Mumbai and Pune? Or are people not understanding the severity of corona infection and are turning to the hospital when the situation is completely uncontrolled? It is necessary to find an answer to this question soon and find a solution.
What is the state government doing to control corona?
