Passengers are not reaching the trains due to which no profit is being made. That is why the Railways has decided to cancel these trains at the moment.
Railways have decided to cancel about 14 trains for the time being. Actually these trains are running empty due to the lockdown.
Across the country, there is a bad condition with Corona Infection. The situation has become so bad that lockdown is slowly being started in most of the states. Because of which people have been imprisoned in homes. In view of such situation, Railways have decided to cancel 14 trains at present (Railway Cancel 16 Trains). Actually these trains are running empty due to lockdown.
Because of not reaching the passengers in trains, the Railways are not making any profit (No Profit For Railway). That is why the Railways has decided to cancel these trains at the moment. Railway has taken such a step in compulsion. They have been canceled from the railway stations where these trains operate. According to Shashi Kiran, deputy general manager of North-West Railway, 14 trains have been canceled until further orders. They are canceled from these stations from where they operate. There are 2 more trains that are currently being canceled.
