Chhattisgarh: Public Works Minister said – people of Raipur will soon get the gift of expressway; 172 bridges built in three and a half years

Sahu told that the construction work of the expressway is in the final stage. At the same time, it will soon be released in the name of the public. During this, Public Works Minister Sahu has told that a total of 172 bridges have been constructed in Chhattisgarh in the last three and a half years at a cost of Rs 1517 crore. These include 17 nos. ROBs, RUBs and flyovers worth about Rs 548 crore.

At the same time, Public Works Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu (Tamradhwaj Sahu) has said that even after the Corona crisis in the state, the construction work was not affected. In such a situation, the Public Works Department is working continuously for the convenience of the people of the state. Where the common people do not face any problem, now instead of repairing the patch of bad roads, new asphaltization is being done on the entire road. So that the quality of roads is maintained.

Minister said – earlier the number of single lane roads in the state was more

Public will get relief from the start of expressway

Let us inform that earlier last week, PWD Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu had inspected Fafadih Underbridge, Gogaon Underbridge, Telghani Naka Underbridge, Expressway and MMI Kamal Vihar Flyover. Where during the inspection, Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu had expressed displeasure over the lack of security of the general public at the construction sites. Along with this, strict instructions were given to the officials regarding the rains. Apart from this, the contractor was instructed to complete the construction of Fafadih underbridge by October.
