Home Minister Amit Shah has expressed grief over the martyrdom of 8 jawans in an encounter with Naxalites on Saturday’s Sukma-Bijapur border in Chhattisgarh (Chattisgarh Naxali Encounter). According to sources, he spoke to the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh on Saturday evening. To take stock of the situation, Amit Shah instructed the Director General of CRPF to reach the state. CRPF DG Kuldeep Singh (CRPF DG Kuldeep Singh) arrived in Chhattisgarh this morning to see the operation work and take stock of the situation.
Home Minister Amit Shah tweeted that he salutes the sacrifices of the brave security personnel who were martyred while fighting Maoists in Chhattisgarh. The nation will never forget his bravery. Along with this, he also expressed condolences for the families of the martyrs. Amit Shah said that our fight against these enemies of peace and progress will continue.

PM Modi also expressed condolences
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also paid tribute to the soldiers who were martyred in the encounter. PM Modi tweeted, “My condolences are with the families of the soldiers who were martyred while fighting the Maoists in Chhattisgarh.” The sacrifices of the brave martyrs will never be forgotten. I wish the injured jawans to recover as soon as possible. “
Javadekar said – Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, increasing Naxalite activity is a matter of concern
Union Minister Prakash Javadekar on Sunday paid tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives in the Naxalite attack in Chhattisgarh and said that the increasing Naxalite activities in Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand are a matter of concern.
He tweeted, “In Bijapur, Chhattisgarh, I pay tribute to our brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives while taking iron from the Naxalites and pray to the Lord for the speedy recovery of all the injured.”
Javadekar said, “The ever increasing Naxalite activity in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh is a matter of concern.”
At least five security personnel were martyred and 30 others were injured in Saturday’s encounter with Naxalites in a forest between the border of Bijapur and Sukma districts in Chhattisgarh.
