The corona test of passengers at Chhattisgarh airport has now been made unnecessary.
Due to the rapid corona vaccination in Chhattisgarh, now there is a huge reduction in corona cases. This is the reason why the corona test at the airport has now been made unnecessary. Along with this, now it will not be necessary for the passengers to show the Corona Negative Report of 96 hours ago. The first rule was that those who have not got vaccination will have to show the corona report of 96 hours ago. But with the decreasing number of cases, these imperatives have been done away with. Amidst the decreasing cases of infection, the state government has given relief to the people from the investigation process.
Secretary General Administration Department Dr. Kamalpreet Singh has issued orders to all the Commissioners, Collectors, Inspectors General of Police and Inspectors of Police. It states that those who have taken both the doses of corona vaccination should be kept away from the RT-PCR test on showing the vaccination certificate. At the same time, it will no longer be necessary for other passengers arriving at the airport to show the negative report of Corona 96 hours in advance. However, it will still be necessary to follow the corona protocol at the airport.
The imperative of corona test ended
Let us inform that in August 2021, the government had made the corona test mandatory for passengers coming from other states at the airport. But now neither the passengers will have to get the corona test done nor will they have to show the corona negative report. But the Chhattisgarh government has now insisted on implementing the rules of the Ministry of Railways for the passengers coming from other states. The General Administration Department has instructed the local administration to follow the corona protocol.
Corona cases decreasing continuously in Chhattisgarh
Like other states of the country, the cases of corona are decreasing rapidly in Chhattisgarh too. This has been possible only because of the continuous vaccination. Amidst the decreasing number of cases, the government has given many relaxations. Now passengers coming to the airport will not have to go through the process of corona test. With this, now the passengers will no longer have to show the negative report of Corona.
