Char Dham Yatra: Abuse of Chardham pilgrims is not tolerated at all, CM Dhami’s officers and police bluntly

Chardham Yatra in UttarakhandUttarakhand Char Dham Yatra) is running as per the directions of the High Court. For this, along with following the Corona rules, the number of devotees has also been kept limited, due to which many people are also facing problems. Meanwhile, today Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has issued instructions to the District Magistrates and Police Chiefs of these districts. The CM bluntly said that misbehavior with the pilgrims will not be tolerated at all.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has issued instructions to the District Magistrates and Police Chiefs of Rudraprayag, Chamoli and Uttarkashi on Monday. The CM said that the pilgrims should not face any inconvenience or difficulty during the pilgrimage. He said that misbehavior with the pilgrims will not be tolerated at all. Dhami issued these instructions while reviewing the Char Dham Yatra with senior officers, in which he also interacted with the DMs and Police Chiefs of the three districts through video conferencing.

Every pilgrim returned with a good message from the state: Dhami

The CM said that the pilgrims should not face any inconvenience. Every effort will be made to provide better facilities to the pilgrims. Every pilgrim returned from the state with a good message, it is the responsibility of all of us. CM further said that if even a single pilgrim faces any problem here during the pilgrimage, then I will feel sad. During this, CM Dhami also appealed to the pilgrims wishing to come for the Char Dham Yatra to register themselves on the Char Dham Board portal.

Passes have been issued till October 15

The Chardham Yatra is going on in the state as per the Corona guidelines and the directions of the High Court. A limited number of devotees are reaching the four Dhams. A total of 69,619 e-passes have been issued for Chardham till October 15. After October 15, the work of issuing new travel e-passes on the website of Devasthanam Board www.devasthanam.uk.gov.in will be started from October 6.
