    Before the Corona era, in the year 2019, Char Dham Yatra in which more than 33 lakh pilgrims came to Kedarnath, Badrinath Yamunotri, Gangotri. At the same time, 3.33 lakh passengers had arrived in the year 2020.

    Uttarakhand (UttarakhandRecord devotees are reaching this time in Chardham Yatra. Where the record of the last 2 years has been broken. In fact, at present the Char Dham Yatra (Char Dham YatraOnly 2 weeks have passed since the beginning of the year and in these two weeks the way in which the devotees have reached the pilgrimage of the four Dhams. The record of the last 2 years has been broken by him. Let us inform that due to Corona epidemic, the journey was completely stalled for 2 years, but now that the journey has completely opened. If we look at the records of the arrival of passengers in it, so far more than 5 lakh passengers have visited all the four dhams.

    In fact, in the year 2019 before the Corona period, more than 33 lakh pilgrims had visited the four Dhams, in which Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamunotri, Gangotri. At the same time, 3.33 lakh passengers had arrived in the year 2020. However, now right there in the last 2 weeks i.e. from May 3, the Char Dham Yatra started. During this, till May 15, more than 5 lakh pilgrims have visited Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham.

    Char Dham Yatra became a backbone for the people of Uttarakhand

    The Chardham Yatra to be held in Uttarakhand remains a financial backbone for the local people at this time. This includes not only hotel business but also small and big hoteliers, taxis, bus operators, horse mules etc. on the Char Dham Yatra routes. Apart from this, the economic backbone of those selling prasad and worship material in the four dhams is also attached. At present, the number of passengers breaking the record in Char Dham Yatra has returned a smile to the faces of all these small and big businessmen. The reason for this is that due to the Corona epidemic, the journey was completely stalled for 2 years. Due to which people had suffered a great loss. However, now in such a situation when the number of passengers is increasing, then they also hope that their business will also run on a large scale.

    More than 10 lakh passengers have registered

    Let us tell you that the number of passengers on the four dhams is going to break all the upcoming records. Because still more than one million passengers have registered. The biggest thing to see in this is that the school holidays are not over yet. After which it is believed that as soon as the school holidays are over, more passengers will come on the journey.

    PMO seeks reply from state government

    It is worth noting that since the beginning of Chardham Yatra in the past, 20 devotees have died so far. In such a situation, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has called for a reply from the state government regarding the death of the passengers. The PMO has asked the state government the reason behind these deaths. Along with this, what health facilities have been provided to the passengers during the Chardham Yatra. The PMO has also sought information regarding this.
