New rules have been implemented for orchestral operators in Bihar. According to this, the orchestra dance group has been banned from keeping minors or working. Also, if the complaint of body trade is received in the orchestra, then the operators will be blacklisted and sent to jail. After this, they will never be given a license again.
It has been said on behalf of the Bihar Police Headquarters that the orchestra operators will now have to tell with a certificate that no minor is working in their team.

Police said that if any minor was found working in the team during the raid, the orchestra owner will be sent to jail. Such cases are coming from Saran, Siwan, Gopalganj, Bettiah, Rohtas, Motihari districts of Bihar. Here, minorities are being worked out in the orchestra. A new guideline has been sent to the SP of all these districts.

Saran district is called the center of orchestra in Bihar. It is said that for years, minor girls are brought from other states and outside the country with opportunity and false promises of money. Police is conducting raids in this regard. According to the police, a total of 194 girls have been freed from prostitution in Saran district since May 2024 and 61 accused have been arrested and sent to judicial custody. Raids are going on to arrest the remaining accused.
