Rohini has also tried to surround Nitish Kumar in the Gaighat remand home case through this tweet. In fact, a young man has accused RJD MLC Rambali Singh Chandravanshi of trying to commit unnatural sex. After which the police have lodged an FIR under sections 377, 511 of the IPC in the Secretariat police station on the allegations of the youth in the case.

MLC has termed the allegations as baseless
According to the complaint given in the police station, on the evening of the incident, on February 4, the youth went to the MLC flat with two of his associates. In the night, MLC tried to do unnatural sex with him for obscene act, MLC also beat up on protesting, after which he somehow ran away with his associates. In the case, the RJD MLC had called the allegations baseless and said that the police is investigating the matter. He won’t say anything more on this.
Rohini targeted in the remand home case
In this case, now Rohini Acharya has tweeted and demanded the removal of MLC from the party. Here, the way two victims have made serious allegations against Vandana Gupta, the superintendent of the remand home of Gaighat, Patna. After that the opposition is attacking the government. Rohini has also tried to surround the government in this matter. A victim who came out of Patna Remand Home has made serious allegations against Superintendent Vandana Gupta.
