Wheat crop has been burnt to ashes due to fire in the fields of many villages of Sasaram, Bihar. Here on Monday and Tuesday, more than 50 bighas of wheat crop has been burnt to ashes in the fire. In most places, the fire started due to the spark emanating after hitting the electric wire.

During this, someone informed the fire brigade team. After which the fire department team reached the spot, after an hour of hard work, the fire was brought under control. Wheat crop of 17 bighas has been destroyed by fire.
Crop burnt in Tetri village too
Naval Kishore Singh, officer of the fire department, said that immediately after receiving the information, the team was sent to the spot. Where he has controlled the fire after a lot of effort. Along with this, he also said that a fire has also been reported in Tetri village. Firefighters have been sent there. Every effort is being made to control the fire.
Standing crop of 20 bigha wheat
Earlier on Monday, about 20 bighas of standing wheat crop was burnt in a fire caused by short circuit in Badhar of Nohar village of Bikramganj in Sasaram district. The villagers and firefighters brought the fire under control after a lot of effort. Abha Kumari, the head of the Nonahar Panchayat, said that the wheat field caught fire due to the spark that came out after the electric wire collided with each other. After which the villagers tried to control the fire from their level. During this, the fire brigade personnel who reached there, with the help of the villagers, brought the fire under control, but by then the wheat crop in 20 bighas was burnt to ashes.

On Monday, the incident of fire has happened in Dhanadhi, Patnawa, Fatehpur, Mosahepur and other villages of Sasaram block, in which wheat crop worth lakhs of rupees is being destroyed by burning. It is being told that in most places, due to the colliding of the shabby wire, the incident of fire is happening. On the other hand, after getting the information, due to late arrival of the fire brigade, the crop could not be saved from burning.
