TMC gave clarification, ordered inquiry
Talking to the media, Trinamool Congress District President Krishnendu Narayan Choudhary said, “Showing weapons in government offices is not appropriate. Police will find out whether the gun was real or fake. The law will take its own course, but from what I saw in the picture, it looks like it’s a real gun. The image of the party is being tarnished by the people.” He said that TMC would never tolerate such an act. It is neither politically correct nor legally correct. The party does not support this.
