Notice has been sent in the smuggling case and asked to be present in the office of the investigating agency on Tuesday for questioning.
Explain that District TMC President Anubhavrat is considered very close to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and leaders of opposition parties have been notorious for assault threats and other serious crimes with activists.
CBI has expressed suspicion of involvement in cow smuggling
The investigating agency claims that Anubabrata Mandal’s involvement has come to light after questioning the witnesses in this case. He has been involved in managing the police and crossing the truck filled with cows from border areas unabated. Therefore, he has been called for questioning. Let us know that in the eighth phase on April 29, voting will be held in their constituency. This polling is in the assembly constituencies of Birbhum district. Mamta Banerjee has expressed her displeasure at being sent notice to Anubrata Mandal before that.
Anuvrat Mandal has been in controversies due to the statements
He himself has said that the CBI has sent a notice to him to disrupt the April 29 voting. That is why I refuse not to go. Please tell that beforehand, Mandal has also received notice of Income Tax Department. At the time of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, due to his controversial statements and threats, the Election Commission kept him under house arrest. This time Mamata Banerjee has already warned that this time, if she keeps Ananabrata Mandal under house arrest, she will go to the Supreme Court.
