Bank of Baroda has officially opened the application window for the recruitment of 2,500 Local Bank Officers across its branches. This large-scale hiring initiative is aimed at strengthening the bank’s presence in regional markets by appointing officers fluent in local languages and familiar with regional banking needs. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or institute, including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) programs.
Language Proficiency: A strong command of the local language (read, write, speak, and comprehend) of the region they are applying to is mandatory.
Age Limit: Applicants should be between 21 and 30 years of age as of the application date.
The selection will be conducted in multiple phases:
Online Test: The exam will have 120 questions for 120 marks, to be completed in 120 minutes.
Psychometric Test: This will assess the candidate’s personality traits, aptitude, and job suitability.
Group Discussion and/or Interview: Candidates clearing the online test will be shortlisted for GD and personal interviews as the final stage.
