Aryan Khan’s custody extended

Aryan Khan, son of megastar Shahrukh Khan, was not relieved. Due to non-availability of bail, he will now have to spend two more nights in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. His custody has been extended. The next hearing will be held on Wednesday (October 13). NCB has sought time from the court to file its reply. After this, the Mumbai Sessions Court has ordered a hearing on Aryan Khan’s bail plea on Wednesday. NCB will file its reply in the court on Wednesday at 11 am.

Advocate Satish Manshinde on behalf of Aryan Khan had given the application in the special NDPS court on Saturday. Earlier on Friday (October 8), Aryan Khan’s bail plea was heard. Aryan Khan was sent to judicial custody by the Magistrate Court after rejecting the bail. Today (October 11, Monday), lawyer Amit Desai reached the court to represent Aryan Khan. Along with this, Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde and Shahrukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani reached the court.

Aryan Khan will have to spend two more nights in jail

Aryan’s lawyer argued in the court that since no drugs have been recovered from Aryan Khan, he should be granted bail. Lawyer Amit Desai, who appeared on behalf of Aryan in the court today, has argued in the hit and run case of Salman Khan. But NCB’s lawyer SP Chimelkar said that the facts given by Amit Desai are not correct. NCB is ready to present all the evidence and papers before the court. But for this he needs 2-3 days time. Usually, it takes a week for documentation to gather evidence and information related to this type of action.

What did the lawyers of Aryan Khan and NCB say?

Aryan’s lawyer Amit Desai said that NCB has got enough time of two days after filing bail application for Aryan Khan on Friday. But NCB officials were busy conducting more raids. He has lost time. On this, another lawyer SPP Sethna on behalf of NCB said that we have just received the paper of the bail application. That’s why we are asking for two-three days’ time, and it is a reasonable demand. Normally NCB asks for seven days’ time.
