NCB will oppose Aryan Khan’s bail

A new important information has come out in the Mumbai Goa cruise drugs and rave party case involving Aryan Khan, son of megastar Shahrukh Khan. On Saturday, the NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau-NCB) questioned Shahrukh Khan’s driver for several hours. According to the information received, the driver has accepted the matter of taking Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant together to the cruise terminus.

Interrogation of Shahrukh Khan’s driver lasted for 12 hours

NCB sent summons to Shahrukh Khan’s driver. After this, the driver was called and questioned for 12 hours in the drugs case. The NCB questioned the driver about the activities of Aryan Khan and his friends. According to information given by NCB sources, the driver has confessed that he had dropped Aryan and Arbaaz together at the cruise terminus. NCB has recorded the statement of the driver.

NCB will oppose Aryan Khan’s bail

According to the information received from the sources, in the coming time, NCB will put the answer of Shahrukh Khan’s driver in front of the court. Not only this, NCB is going to oppose Aryan Khan’s bail on the basis of many evidences.

Big disclosure in NCB investigation

The NCB investigation also revealed that Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Prateek Gaba and another person had left Mannat together in a Mercedes car. According to NCB, these four cruises had left for the party only. A few days before the cruise party, they had a conversation about drugs. NCB has got the proof of this. That is, it was a big drugs racket. After getting information about this, NCB included Section-29 of NDPS in the FIR. NCB has recorded the statement of the driver for further details.

Recall that on Friday, Aryan Khan was sent to judicial custody for 14 days after his bail was denied. He has been brought to Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. Here they have been quarantined. After the end of the quarantine period, they will be kept with the rest of the prisoners. Arbaaz Merchant has also been kept here along with Aryan Khan. Co-accused Munmun Dhamecha has been kept in Byculla jail. NCB has so far made 19 arrests in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. On Saturday, NCB arrested another drugs peddler. It is being said that this drug peddler named Shivraj Ramdas had provided drugs to Arbaaz.
