The ULFA has abducted two employees of a private oil company from Arunachal Pradesh and one of them has been released after 102 days. Sources gave this information A statement issued by the Assam Rifles said that a force patrol in south Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday intercepted a man while crossing the Indo-Myanmar border in Changlang district. According to the statement, the person was identified as Pranav Kumar Gogoi, an employee of Quippo Oil and Gas Infra Limited, who was abducted by the ULFA (I) from Inau, Arunachal Pradesh on 21 December 2020. The person has been handed over to the Arunachal Pradesh Police in Longvi. ”

A senior police officer from Arunachal Pradesh said that the 51-year-old kidnapped employee met in Longvi village on Saturday afternoon and after recording the statement at Jairampur police station, he has been sent for medical examination.
