Andaman and Nicobar Island: The National Center for Seismology (NCS) reported that an infinite 6.1-magnitude earthquake struck Campbell Bay in Andaman and Nicobar Island early on Friday.
The earthquake struck at 2:30 am and was situated 75 km beneath the floor of the earth.

The Andaman and Nicobar Islands in India, 431 km SSE of Campbell Bay, have been the situation of the earthquake, which had a magnitude of 6.1 and occurred on September 24, 2022, at 2:23 IST.
There was no reported lack of life or harm after the earthquake.
According to the National Center for Seismology, Chile additionally had an earthquake on Saturday (native time) that had a magnitude of 6.1. (NCS). The earthquake occurred at 04:23 within the morning and was 10 kilometres deep.
