Alert for farmers: Another low pressure area is forming in the Bay of Bengal, there is a possibility of rain in these states

Meanwhile, another low pressure area is likely to form in the Bay of Bengal. There may be rain due to its effect, but there is no clear forecast about the rainfall as of now.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in its forecast on Sunday that a low pressure area is likely to form in the central part of the Bay of Bengal in the next 24 hours. The Meteorological Department said that the north-east monsoon has knocked in Tamil Nadu. Due to this, rain activities will continue in the states of South India. Although it is likely to be weak in the beginning.

Clouds will rain in these states till October 30

The IMD said that till October 30, heavy rain may occur at isolated places in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala and Mahe. There is a possibility of heavy rain in South Interior Karnataka and Rayalaseema on 29 and 30 October while Coastal Andhra Pradesh between 28 and 30 October.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and thundershowers in Kerala, Mahe, Coastal and South Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry till October 30. Along with thunderstorms, there will be clouds in Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema as well.

The IMD said that the weather will remain dry in general over parts of North-West India, Central and West India and East India for the next 6-7 days. There is no chance of rain in these parts of the country.

Favorable time for agriculture due to lack of rain

Now farmers are engaged in harvesting Kharif crops. Due to the rains now, their cultivation may be affected. In such a situation, the weather forecast is favorable for farming. In some parts, farmers are sowing peas, mustard and vegetables. Due to the dry weather and sufficient moisture in the fields, their work has become easy. For the next few days, such weather will be beneficial for the farmers.

According to a report by private weather forecasting agency Skymet Weather, light to moderate rain at isolated places may occur over Tamil Nadu, Kerala and South Interior Karnataka on Wednesday. Light to moderate rain may occur over Coastal areas of Tamil Nadu and parts of Coastal Karnataka.
