On June 14, the Defense Ministry launched the Agneepath scheme. (Agnipath Yojana Protest) Announced and from June 15, an atmosphere started building in the country against this plan. It started from the Hindi belt states of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh and on seeing the flames of violence reached Telangana. The question is, who set the country on fire in protest against the Agneepath scheme? Who is behind the arson and disturbance? Who is the guru of those who smoke smoke on public property? Did coaching centers instigate youth in Hindi regions? Who are the real players behind Jalta Bihar and Jalta trains?

On June 18, the Railways released a figure, which claimed that the violence and arson caused a loss of 200 crores. There was some deep conspiracy or spontaneous demonstration behind this violence.
Role of coaching institutes and chaotic elements in violence- Lt Gen
Lt Gen Puri said that coaching institutes and chaotic elements have a role in all the violent protests that have taken place across the country. Anil Puri said that most of the children who rioted are from rural areas. He claimed that around 70 per cent children take loans from rural areas and take admission in urban coaching. Coaching people give them the assurance of recruitment. Coaching people also have a role behind sending children on the streets.
Violence is also being investigated from the coaching angle
UP, Bihar and Uttarakhand police are also investigating the coaching angle of the riots. The Aligarh Police also checked by stopping the potentially riotous youth, as well as confirmed whether there is any inflammatory message or video in the mobile. On June 18, Aligarh Police had arrested 35 miscreants, in which 9 accused are directors of coaching centres. The DM of Patna strengthened the claims of Lt Col Anil Puri even more. The DM said that some video clips have been found in the mobile of the arrested miscreants. This clip is of the teachers of the coaching institute. He said that those with provocative coaching institutes are being watched. This angle has also been included in the investigation.
Army appeals to youth to apply
The police is arresting the youths who were creating nuisance in the name of Agneepath scheme. The army has also made it clear that violent youth have been permanently blacklisted from the recruitment process. The army appealed to the youth not to be misled by anyone. In the process of Agniveers which is starting from June 24, if any youth are eligible, then apply.
